Through the Looking Glass: Behind the Scenes of Europe's Most Famous Theaters

Coming to the theater, we find ourselves in a magical world, the illusion of which is created by the labor of many people.

The world behind the scenes probably seems to many as a kind of looking glass - the magic country "on the contrary", in which Alice, the heroine of the famous children's work, fell.

Photographer from Germany Klaus Fram decided to show the backstage of large theaters giving us moments of magic. And he took a series of shots depicting the inner world of several theaters, the most famous in Europe.

Each hall is original as well as a backstage.

The author of the pictures focuses our attention on the contrast of the luxurious hall for the audience and the "technical", full scene equipment.

Also, the atmosphere of the theater - behind the scenes is a completely different, unknown to the audience life.
