Gardens of the Future and Supertrees in Singapore

The coast of Marina Bay in the center of Singapore is decorated with an unusual futuristic park called Gardens by the Bay. This is a huge area of 101 hectares, on which there are many stunning gardens, bridges, plants of the most unusual shape and amazing trees. Immediately, the tropical corner was called the "gardening paradise" and began to be compared with the Hanging Gardens of Babylon.

The park has created two massive domes the size of 4 football fields, under which grow the rarest representatives of the plant world, collected from all over the world, and in the center of one of them is a 35-meter waterfall, delighting guests with its beauty and sound.

Buildings are a completely self-sufficient system, electricity is generated through a steam turbine that runs on horticultural waste. So the entire dome is provided with power, which allows you to control the climate and the atmosphere inside it.

Against the background of the overall picture of Gardens by the Bay, giant artificial supertrees stand out, with a height of 25-30 meters.

The bridges impress with their size and beauty. Their length is about 128 meters, and they are at an altitude of 22 meters.

Connected with the peaks of supertrees, together they create a single composition and offer visitors magnificent views of the bay and the entire park.

Artificial trees themselves provide themselves with electricity: thanks to photovoltaic systems during the day, sunlight is collected and converted into energy, which is used at night for lighting.

Each super-tree is covered with live ferns and tropical flowers of various varieties, planted on special frames.

And rainwater harvesting systems will be able to provide moisture to all that huge number of plants that grows on artificial super trees.

All these wonderful structures and futuristic architectural forms make the Garden by the Bay a wonderful park of the future!
