The photographer proved that fabulous forests are common in Finland

Many consider Finland a country of cold and darkness. Nevertheless, the Finnish photographer Ossi Saarinen argues that his homeland is much more than a long winter. It shows the whole world another amazing and charming side of Finland.

Ossi creates a delightful mood with his photographs of magnificent Finnish nature, especially the untouched forests that cover almost three quarters of the country. In these peaceful ancient forests, wild animals live freely and enjoy their existence.

The Finnish animals in Saarinen’s pictures seem mysterious and charming, as if they came from the pages of old fairy tales. The photographer believes that every encounter between an animal and a person is an unforgettable and amazing experience. And, of course, he does not miss the opportunity to capture the unusual Finnish nature.
