The ominous granite sarcophagus from Alexandria was opened

Remember that sinister sarcophagus discovered in Alexandria that we talked about last week? A huge black coffin, which had not been opened for more than 2000 years, divided the network’s audience into two camps - some were impatiently waiting for it to be opened to find out about the contents, others insisted that the secret be kept as such, and people would not disturb demons from the past. Many spoke seriously about the dangers of the curse of the mummy.

And yet, fortunately for the former, the Supreme Council of Antiquities took a rationalist position in favor of science and decided to open the sarcophagus.

"The sarcophagus was open, but we were not hurt by the curse."- said the Secretary General of the Council Mustafa Waziri. Three decaying mummies were discovered in the tomb, which scientists believe were warriors. One of the skulls was broken by a sharp object. Inside the sarcophagus was red wastewater that seeped from a crack on the side. Because of her, the mummies are very poorly preserved.

Now the council of antiquities will study the remains to determine which era they belong to. It is believed that the buried were not members of the royal family, since no gold or silver masks, amulets or figurines were found. In addition, there are no inscriptions with their names on the sarcophagus.
